Warranty

Furniture purchased from BerHan Designs is covered by a limited warranty (the “BerHan Warranty”). If any issues arise with your Furniture, then please review our BerHan Warranty and contact us at sales@berhandesigns.com. Included in the BerHan Warranty are the following terms.

Returns

In the event you decide a return must be completed within the initial 30 days following your purchase, please email BerHan Designs at sales@berhandesigns.com to begin the return process. BerHan Designs reserves the right to charge a return fee of 10% of the original purchase price. All Furniture must be completely delivered to the customer before a return can be initiated. Please note that return fees apply to all pieces, including those that encounter manufacturing defects or damage incurred during transit. In these instances, every effort is made to restore the piece to its specifications, which may include a repair or replacement. Repairs or replacements must be completed within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for returns, Furniture must not be damaged, soiled, or appear used. Upon return, all Furniture will be inspected. Once approved for a return, necessary credits and/or refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the Product(s), and for any taxes due, in accordance with state law.

Furniture unable to be delivered due to sizing or fit issues is not eligible for return. All Furniture produced with extra customization (sizing, configuration, COM) is also final sale. We can only accept one return per household (identified by delivery address). We cannot accept returns on pieces that have been altered or customized in any way following delivery.

Abandonment

If no communication is initiated by the customer, either with the delivery agent or with BerHan Designs, within 90 days of a piece’s arrival to their local delivery agent or for a 90 day subsequent period, the piece will be considered abandoned. After 90 days, BerHan Designs reserves the right to donate, dispose of, or otherwise discard abandoned pieces. Customers will not be refunded or otherwise compensated once their piece(s) is/are considered abandoned.

Order Adjustments

For any adjustments requested after one business day of placing your order, a minimum of $100 and up to 10% adjustment fee will apply, depending on where the piece is in production. Changes made after one business day require production to start over.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order after one business day of placing your order, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. Orders that have shipped must be successfully delivered before our return and exchange policy can apply.

Over the past year, supply chains have been handling various challenges, which have impacted furniture producers’ ability to complete products as timely with the rising demand.

Considering these unknowns, we unfortunately cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. However, we guarantee we will work to keep you informed about the status of your order.
